In 2014 Mr. Abbas Fadhil Shamara decided to establish a group calling it Al Fadhil for Commercial Agencies & Investment LTD Company, the name was in honour to his father.  Mr. Abbas dream is to grow up the group to invest in technologies serving the future to be able to build human capabilities mainly to his country Iraq and to the region

Alfadhil already started to communicate with leading companies in the world to partnership business with them, also did make business agreements with an existing well established companies in communications, safety and real estate

History

From past to future Shamara family established group of companies starting since 1930 in Baghdad, Iraq. The family business’s main activities in the early years were focused on trading, construction materials, properties development and textile industry. In 1976, the third generation – three sons of the late attorney Fadhil Shamara taken over the business from the second generation.

In early 70’s Mr. Abbas Shamara the eldest son of Mr. Fadhil Shamara did start to take over the family business along with his father and brothers starting with textile, in 1990 Iraq was in a war and under siege, the family directed their business to government and started to work with Electricity, Oil, Health, Agriculture and trade Ministries achieved and completed many projects.

The family extended the business beyond the boarder of Iraq and completed projects in Power and Electricity in Jordan and YemenPart of family moved to Amman, Jordan where they started a group of companies working in industrial, construction and technology.
